As the seasons turn and the year gently begins to fade, we invite you to join us for an Autumn Wellbeing Walk through the quiet beauty of Ards Forest Park, Donegal.

This special gathering coincides with All Souls’ Day — the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed in the Christian calendar — a time to pause, remember, and give thanks for those who have gone before us.

In the stillness of the woods and the soft light of November, we’ll walk together in remembrance and gratitude, finding gentle renewal for our own hearts and spirits. Our path will lead us to the holy well and the mass rock — sacred places where generations have prayed and found peace. Along the way, there will be moments for quiet reflection, shared presence, and connection with nature.

All are welcome to share in this soul-nourishing experience, a chance to immerse yourself in the beauty and serenity of Ireland’s wild landscape. Whether you’re seeking stillness, inspiration, or simply connection in the great outdoors, this walk offers something meaningful for everyone.

🚗 Travel: This is a car-sharing event, departing Derry at 7:30am and returning by 2:00pm.
👣 Fitness: A basic level of fitness is required. Please wear proper walking boots or sturdy shoes.
💷 Cost: £20 per person. Limited to 15 spaces.
