Come and join Nuala for a refreshing Wellbeing Walk on Sunday 9 August 2026, exploring Stage 2 of the stunning Causeway Coast Way, from Portrush to Portballintrae.

This scenic coastal walk offers fresh sea air, breathtaking views and the perfect opportunity to move your body, clear your mind and enjoy great company.

And if you wish, you are welcome to join Nuala for a sea dip afterwards.

🚗 Travel arrangements
There may be car-sharing options available and where necessary we can make use of public transport.

🥾 What you’ll need
A reasonable level of fitness is required due to the physical nature of the walk. Please come prepared with:

• Sturdy walking boots or shoes

• A waterproof jacket

• A backpack with water, food, and essentials

• Hiking poles (optional but recommended for balance and upper-body engagement)
