Step into the quiet heart of the Sperrins for a day designed to restore, inspire, and delight. Join us on a gentle journey through one of Ireland’s most unspoiled landscapes, where ancient history, natural beauty, and mindful moments weave together into a soul-soothing escape.

Our day begins with a comfortable return mini-bus from Derry, giving you the chance to simply relax as we head into the rolling hills of the Sperrins. We’ll wander the tranquil paths of Gortin Glen Forest Park & Lakes, where fresh air, woodland trails, and mirrored waters invite us to slow down and breathe deeply.

From there, we’ll step back through time at the mystical Beaghmore Stone Circles, an ancient site alive with story and atmosphere. Continuing on, we’ll explore the thought-provoking Sperrins Sculpture Trail at Davagh & Cranagh, where art, land, and legend come together in striking ways.

As always, expect a few hidden gems tucked along our route — the kind of surprises that make these journeys extra special. Throughout the day, we’ll weave in moments of mindfulness, gentle walking, and connection, creating space for laughter, joy, and presence.

To keep you nourished, enjoy a wholesome, delicious picnic lunch lovingly prepared by Janice Tracey Nutrition — food that feeds both body and spirit.
