Dunseverick Castle to Ballintoy (14 February 2026)
Coastal Wellbeing Walk with Nuala
Saturday 14th February 2026 | 9am–1pm
(Start time may vary depending on tides to ensure safe crossing from Portbradden to White Park Bay)
Step into the wild, windswept beauty of Northern Ireland’s north coast on this mindful coastal walking adventure with Nuala. From the historic Dunseverick Castle to the charming Ballintoy Harbour, this walk is a chance to reconnect with nature, yourself, and the simple joy of being present.
We’ll follow the coastline east, passing Dunseverick Harbour and Portbraddan, with breathtaking views of Bengore Head to the northwest and Rathlin Island to the northeast. Feel the golden sands of White Park Bay beneath your feet before arriving at the scenic Ballintoy Harbour, where the sea meets sky in perfect harmony.
No prior hillwalking experience is needed — just a basic level of fitness and a good pair of walking boots or shoes.
As a Wellbeing Walk, we’ll take time to pause and soak in the power of the sea:
Listen to seabirds calling across the cliffs
Feel the invigorating coastal breeze on your skin
Sit awhile under the wide-open sky, letting the landscape restore and calm your mind
This isn’t just a walk — it’s a gentle, mindful journey through one of Northern Ireland’s most stunning coastal landscapes. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.
Cost: £10 per person
Spaces are limited — book your adventure now and treat yourself to a morning of calm, clarity, and awe.
