Come join Nuala on a coastal walking adventure on Sunday 27th July 2025 from the majestic Giant’s Causeway to Dunseverick Castle.

We’ll follow the Giant’s Causeway upper cliff path east passing above a series of precipitous coves. We’ll pass Port na Spaniagh that contains the wreck of the Girona, one of the ships from the ill-fated Spanish Armada. With height established approximately 100m above the ocean, the path undulates past the dramatic rock scenery around Benbane Head, passing above Port Moon to finally reach the ancient promontory fort of Dunseverick Castle.

Whilst you do not require any prior hillwalking experience, you’ll need a basic level of fitness and a good pair of walking boots/shoes.

Since this is a Wellbeing Walk, we’ll take time to stop along the way and take in the power of the sea and the steady rhythm of nature. The path will offer the perfect pace for reflection, conversation or perhaps even peaceful solitude. We’ll pause to listen to the seabirds, feel the coastal breeze on our skin or perhaps even sit awhile with the wide sky above. This landscape is raw and majestic — a natural tonic for stress and mental clutter.

This isn’t just a walk — it’s a mindful journey through one of Northern Ireland’s most stunning landscapes. It will leave you clearer, calmer, and more deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.
