Come join Nuala on a Wellbeing Walk on Saturday 5 July 2025 along the Causeway Coast Way from Portballintrae to the Giant’s Causeway and back.

Together we’ll enjoy this wonderful 6 mile circuit blending coastal beauty, fresh-air therapy, mindful pauses and shared connection.

We’ll begin our walk from Portballintrae Village Hall, through the sand dunes and boardwalk above the beach and around Runkerry Head to the Causeway Hotel and Visitor Centre.

We’ll pause on the grassy roof of the eco-friendly visitor centre before joining the upper trail with spectacular views over the Giants Causeway.

Descending the steps to the iconic formations of the “Organ”, the “Giant’s Boot” and the basalt columns, we’ll get to witness how this whole area is so incredibly rich in myth and geology.

We’ll then return to Portballintrae via the Railway & Dune Loop feeling connected to others, to yourself and perhaps even to something greater. You’ll feel grounded yet alive with wonder and peaceful yet energised.
