Come with us and enjoy a day of pure immersion in the Soul of the Sperrins — A guided mountain hike followed by a handcrafted cheese tasting experience at Dart Mountain Cheese.

🥾 The Hike - Sawel & Dart Mountains — the two highest peaks in the Sperrin range.

Together, we’ll walk at a steady, sociable pace up through open landscapes and heather moorlands to the summit of Sawel Mountain (678 m), the highest point in Tyrone and Derry. We’ll then traverse to Dart Mountain, known for its quiet wildness and panoramic views.

Along the way, we’ll enjoy mindful pauses, local stories and time to breathe deep in Northern Ireland’s most peaceful hills.

🧀 The Taste - Lunch & Tour at Dart Mountain Cheese

After our mountain adventure, we’ll relax and refuel at the award-winning Dart Mountain Cheese where we will enjoy a hearty, rustic lunch featuring cheese boards, breads, salads and delicious accompaniments.

We’ll then gear up and take a behind-the-scenes tour of the artisan production process. We’ll hear the cheesemakers' stories, insights, and secrets behind each flavour.
