Come and join Nuala for a refreshing Wellbeing Walk on Saturday 17 January 2026, exploring Stage 1 of the stunning Causeway Coast Way, from Portstewart to Portrush.

This scenic coastal walk offers fresh sea air, breathtaking views, and the perfect opportunity to move your body, clear your mind, and enjoy great company.

🚗 Travel arrangements
This will be a car-sharing event. We’ll leave cars in Portrush before travelling together to Portstewart Strand, where our adventure begins.

🥾 What you’ll need
A reasonable level of fitness is required due to the physical nature of the walk. Please come prepared with:

• Sturdy walking boots or shoes

• A waterproof jacket

• A backpack with water, food, and essentials

• Hiking poles (optional but recommended for balance and upper-body engagement)
