Join Nuala this August for Rise & Shine — a month of Daily Guided Meditation and Journaling designed to support your wellbeing, calm your mind, and help you reconnect with yourself through simple, nourishing morning practices.

After taking a break from our daily live sessions during July, we return together on 1 August with renewed energy and intention.
Sometimes stepping away creates space to pause, reflect, and appreciate the routines that support us most. August offers a beautiful opportunity to gently return to your morning practice and reconnect with yourself before the busyness of life takes over.
As summer begins to shift, this is a wonderful time to:
• re-establish supportive daily habits
• create more calm and balance in your mornings
• reconnect with practices that help you feel grounded
• prioritise your emotional and mental wellbeing
• move into the second half of the year with greater intention
Whether you have been part of Rise & Shine for months, are returning after some time away, or are considering joining for the very first time, August offers the perfect opportunity to begin again.

How Rise & Shine Works
Beginning again on 1 August, every morning at 5:55am, Nuala goes live on Zoom for 30 minutes of Meditation and Journaling.
You are very welcome to:
• join live on Zoom, or
• receive the recording shortly after 6:25am via a Private WhatsApp Group
All sessions are recorded, so you can revisit them whenever it suits you.
Throughout the month, you'll also receive reflections, gentle prompts, encouragement, and inspiration within a warm and supportive community.

Once purchased, your ticket is non-refundable. In the event of unusual circumstances, a refund or transfer to another event may be granted at our discretion.
In the event that we need to cancel this event, a full refund will be provided.
