Creating a daily self-care ritual that includes meditation and journaling is a wonderful way to prioritize your well-being and set a positive tone for each day.

Every morning at 5:55am, Nuala will go live on zoom for 30mins of Meditation and Journaling.

You will be welcome to join Nuala live or wait to receive the recording shortly after 6.25am via a Private Whatsapp Group. All live sessions will be recorded should you choose a later than 5:55am start.

Our Rise & Shine Program is a great opportunity to create a healthy daily self-care ritual - all with the support of Nuala and a group of like-minded people.
