How Rise & Shine Works

Every morning at 5:55am, Nuala goes live on Zoom for 30 minutes of Meditation and Journaling.

You are very welcome to:

• join live on Zoom, or
• receive the recording shortly after 6:25am via a Private WhatsApp Group

All sessions are recorded, so you can revisit them whenever it suits you.

Throughout the month, you’ll also receive reflections, gentle prompts, encouragement, and inspiration within a warm and supportive community.
