Join Nuala on hiking adventure from Derry to Newcastle on Saturday 9th August 2025.

Together, we will hike Slieve Bearnagh, one of the most distinctive peaks in the Mourne Mountains offering an exhilarating hiking experience characterised by its rugged beauty, panoramic views, and unique summit tors.

Walking time is approximately 5hrs.

This is a medium-high level walk given the incline and duration so a good level of fitness is required.

Each walker will require a minimum amount of equipment which includes: Walking shoes/boots; Waterproof clothing; Backpack with water, food and any other essential items. We also highly recommend walking poles!

The price is £60pp and includes return mini-bus starting in Derry with pick-ups/drop-offs along the away.
