Join Nuala on Sunday 3rd May 2026 for a restorative adventure through one of Donegal’s most inspiring landscapes.

We will meet in Derry at 7.30am, sharing cars to begin our journey together in a mindful, eco-friendly way.

Our linear route begins at the peaceful shores of Crummie’s Bay, gently leading us up through the rolling Urris Hills to the summit of Cnoic Iorrais (418m) and onward towards the iconic Mamore Gap. Along the way, you’ll be treated to soul-lifting views across Dunree Fort, Lough Swilly, Fanad Lighthouse, and the distant silhouettes of Muckish and Errigal.

This medium-level hike is the perfect blend of challenge and calm—ideal for those with a moderate fitness level who want to reconnect with nature, clear the mind, and enjoy the grounding benefits of moving in the great outdoors with a group of like-minded people!
