Nuala is a Wellbeing Coach and Group Facilitator who has a passion for empowering individuals in the pursuit of health and happiness. With her high energy, focused drive and fun spirit - Nuala brings out the best in everyone that she works with.

Nuala believes in a holistic approach to your wellbeing and lifestyle that encompasses Growth, Adventure and Freedom which includes supporting your Mind, your Body and your Spirit.

Our service offering to you is testimony to this holistic approach.

Our main service is the facilitation and delivery of Wellbeing Programs to Groups - both in a public and private setting. These programs range from a one-off session up to programs spanning 8 weeks. All of our programs can be facilitated in-person or via zoom. Below is an example of some of the popular programs:

Reflect, Relax & Recharge (4 weeks) - A Wellbeing Program that is all about you, your self-care and better management of work and life stress. Nuala takes you on a journey as she introduces to tried and tested wellbeing practices to include in your daily wellbeing and self-care routine.

Step Into Your Power (6 weeks) - A Personal Development & Self-Care Program that will help you to: Challenge and Change Limiting Beliefs and Negative Self-talk; Build self-esteem and confidence; Create a Daily Routine to take back control; Create focus to start living a life that you want and deserve; Inspiration to help you take action every day; Tools and techniques to overcome challenges and obstacles.

Get Healthy Get Happy (8 weeks) - An Empowering 8 week Self-Care Program for an individual to support their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing through: Rediscovering yourself and the importance of self-care; How to look after yourself better; How to incorporate the Take 5 steps to Well-being (Connect, Be active, Take notice, Keep learning and Give) in your daily life; Learn new ways to relax; Develop new coping mechanisms and healthy habits to better manage day-to-day life; Strengthen your resilience; Learn to have fun in doing this.

Team Well-being Day (1 day) - A day of relaxation, connection and team-building with your colleagues. Bespoke designed to meet the need of your team and aims of the organisation.

Laughter Yoga (1 hour) - Experience the deep therapeutic benefits of deep breathing, shared laughter and guided relaxation as you partake in some fun and childlike playfulness - breathe, laugh and relax TOGETHER! Laughter Yoga is one of the most powerful and unique concepts to connect teams and bring everyone into the present moment. If you have yet to try a session of this with Nuala - it is highly recommended!

In September 2020, we added an Outdoor Well-being dimension to our business by introducing
Guided Walks, Adventures & Retreats.
The joy that this new dimension has brought to our business and 100’s of our clients has been phenomenal.
