Hope you are doing well and enjoying the small stretch in the late afternoon light. I’ve lost count already of the many conversations I’ve had in the last week saying the same thing. Bet you have too lol. Sure it’s all good!
It has been a gentle start to 2025 for me as I continue to fill each day with all the things that I do to support my wellbeing and all the things I do to support the wellbeing of others. And it all begins with how you start your day!
Daily Self-care
Did you see my little video about Mel Robbin’s six things to do in the morning? I’ve been following this now for a couple of years and I absolutely feel the benefit. Small and simple steps to start my day before I then lead our Daily Wellbeing Program Rise & Shine - 30 minutes of Meditation and Journaling every morning.
I am so grateful to the 25 people who decided to join me for the month of January and take time for self-care everyday. And whilst not everyone joins me live at 5:55am, many people choose to listen to the recording at a time that works for them.
Our February intake is now open. Perhaps you’d like to join me? You can register and get all the details here: Rise & Shine - February 2025.
Guided Walks & Adventures
We’ve eased in beautifully to our Guided Walks and Adventures for 2025. And it has been so so great to see many new walkers deciding to join us.
Have a peek at our little souvenir videos of our Wellbeing Walks through Binevenagh Forest and Loughermore Forest. I captured the photo above at the high point of Loughermore Forest on Sunday. Amazing views and such shared joy and connection!
Next up is Banagher Forest this Sunday. This walk has it all - ancient woodland, an impressive dam and reservoir, rolling hills and rugged landscapes! I love this walk! Find out more here.
And finally, we will welcome February with our Saint Brigid’s “Wander & Weave”Event at Downhill on Saturday Morning 1st February with our Special Guest Louise McLean. Just a few spaces left. You can find out more here.
If you have made it this far - thank you so much! I know your time is precious and I am ever grateful for your ongoing support and kindness.
Sending you my love and well wishes as always and hopefully I’ll see you online or in-person some time soon.
