May the Sun Shine Warm Upon Your Face

It has been a full few months here with trying to balance life, work and a few health challenges. Like so many people, I’ve had a recurring cough and a lingering lung infection. This has definitely limited the scale of my outdoor adventures. But I am happy to say (and hopeful too) that this has all now passed and I am really looking forward to a summer of growth, adventure and freedom! 

The photo above is from last Wednesday 1 May 24 when I was out on Binevenagh doing a risk assessment for our first Sunset Hike of the year the following evening. I had the pleasure of walking in the sun all evening and as I arrived back in Binevenagh Forest, I was gifted with this flaming red sunset. Incredible. Walking Adventures Coming Up

Now that I am back in planning mode, I have a few fabulous events lined up.

On Saturday 11 May, we are off to the spectacular Urris Hills in Donegal. Then on Thursday 16 May, we will enjoy another beautiful Coastal Sunset Hike from Portrush to Portstewart. And then on Saturday 25 May, we’ll set sail for our day adventure on the amazing Rathlin Island.

Rise & Shine - June 2024

Our Rise & Shine Daily Meditation & Journaling Program has received so much beautiful feedback from many of the participants - some of which sign up month and after month. This program of Daily Self-care is transforming lives and it is so so beautiful to witness this. 

I will lead another month long journey of self-care in June and will then take a break for July and August returning again in September.
