How are you? How did you get on with the snow this week?
Many of my Group Wellbeing Programs & Walks were postponed due to the hazardous conditions. And many of you who have have joined my walks and adventures know that it is always safety first with me. I take your safety and your life very very seriously - always!
We moved our very first Monthly Wellbeing Circle on Tuesday Night to Zoom. And it was brilliant. What an incredible group of women interested in creating happier and healthier lives! I am already excited about our next one in February.
I took the opportunity to check out the snow in Roe Valley Country Park and Binevenagh Mountain this week. Absolutely magical! The photo above was taken on Binevenagh Mountain late afternoon on Thursday. What a joy as the afternoon sun lit up the untouched snow cover.
My reflections this week have been about how precious life is and how life passes so very very quickly. Our time here is short and tomorrow is never a given. So it is up to each of us to do our best to live and create the life that we want to live NOW!
I hear many people saying that they'll be happy when they retire, when they loose weight, when they pay off the mortgage etc but what about life NOW? It is important for each of us to look at where we are now in our lives? Become aware of what brings us joy? What makes us happy and fulfilled? And then once we are clear on this we can begin to take even the first step in creating more of this in our lives. And remind yourself that it is never ever too late to do this!
Be well Nuala and I'll check-in with you again next week as we prepare to welcome a new month. Where do the days and weeks go?
