How have you been this week? I hope that you've had a few moments, or more, to stop and breathe. Sounds simple perhaps but just taking a few moments each day to do this can help you come back to the moment and re-focus.
In my group work this week, the word "focus" has shown up many times as clients create new focus on the things that matter the most and in all that they wish to create and manifest in their lives. It is a fact that what we focus on grows - and each of us has a choice every day on what we focus on.
I have been leading an online 30 day "January of Joy" Journey with a beautiful group of women. The focus each day is joy - awakening to joy - opening to joy - and expanding into joy. The growth, the openness, the connection - of this group of humans is something really really powerful to be part of.
So I wonder what your focus is for the week ahead? Perhaps it is taking time to stop and breathe? Perhaps it is drinking more water? Perhaps it is moving your body more each day? Set the intention and focus now for the week ahead and let it all grow!
