How are you doing this week? March is passing rightly and I am loving the extended light in the mornings and evenings. I had the joy of watching the sunset at Myroe Seawall earlier in the week. Whilst it was bitterly cold, the sounds, the colours - just beautiful.
World Sleep Day 2023 - Sleep is essential for our health
Did you know that Friday was Saint Patrick's Day AND World Sleep Day? The theme this year was "Sleep is essential for our health". I am sure you would absolutely agree!
Our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is supported by a good night's sleep. Our Immune System and Brain Function gets a boost - our Heart Health is better supported - and our ability to process emotions and find solutions to life's problems and challenges is better. Sleep is essential!
It was no coincidence that sleep appeared in many of my Wellbeing Programsthis week. With one Community Initiative, we spent a full hour looking at what we can do through the day to help, what can we do before sleep and what to do when sleeping is difficult? Here are a few of my Top Tips that I shared:
April Adventure - Meditation, Journaling, Reading, Moving
If you have already signed up to my April Adventure - thank you! If you are still considering, you can save £30 and get the early-bird rate up until midnight tonight. SIGN UP NOW.
Commencing 1 April, we will go live on zoom for 30mins - 15mins of Meditation and 15mins of Journaling. Following the live recording, I will encourage you to read a self-help/personal development book for 15mins and then 15mins of moving your body.
This is a brilliant opportunity to elevate your daily self-care practice as the daily light becomes longer and Spring arrives. Remember - if you want something different in life, you must do something different! Come explore this daily ritual with me.
Guided Walks and Adventures
The cold spell earlier in the week postponed some of our walks but yesterday we shared an exhilarating hike from the Giant's Causeway to Dunseverick Castle.
Geared up, an incredible group braced the elements and trusted me as I conducted a Dynamic Real-time Risk Assessment along the route. Even with the wind and rain, there were grins from ear to ear. A splendid day!
Our Wellbeing Shop...
Each week, I share with you our bestseller from our online shop where you can find a whole range of products to support you and your wellbeing.
This week, our Pukka Peace Organic Tea makes it onto the bestseller list. It is a cup of tea tranquility! Check it out!

Our Recommendation...
This week I would like to recommend the fabulous Anne Mackenzie of One Soul Holistic Therapies.
Anne and I have worked together for many years. Anne is one of the most experienced and highly qualified Complementary Therapists that I know. She is also a very gifted Intuitive Reader and Healer running her practice out of Cumber House in Claudy.
Anne's contact details are below. I understand that she is working on fixing some challenges with Facebook and Messenger so it is best to contact her direct by phone or Instagram.
That is all for this week. Wishing you a good week ahead and remember the clocks go forward next weekend. Let the Summer Time begin!
Be well
