I hope that the week has began well for you.
After a very full week last week, I chose to take it a little bit slower yesterday to refill the energy cup! And then I enjoyed a beautiful back and leg massage last night.
This type of hands-on self-care every month is something I value greatly - its what my good friend, Ursula McHugh, always called in her Creative Living Programs “your non-negotiables”.
Perhaps you are new to this? If you are, I see your non-negotiables as the simple self-care practices you return to — no matter how busy, tired, or overwhelmed you feel. They're the small rituals or boundaries that help keep you grounded, regulated, and well.
They might include your daily walk, drinking enough water, 8 hours of sleep, saying no to overcommitting or perhaps even your 30 minutes of our Rise & Shine Meditation & Journaling Program each and every morning?
So a little reflection for you to carry into the week:

Guided Walks & Adventures
We’ve been out exploring Banagher Glen, Sawel Mountain and the Causeway Coast in the last week. I feel so lucky to share these magnificent places with so many of you.
Next up, it is a peaceful and mindful evening walk through Loughermore Foresttomorrow (Wednesday) - suitable for everyone. Come join me.
