I hope that you have been enjoying the last Summer Bank Holiday if you’re in the North of Ireland today.
It’s been a working day for me and it feels like my “back to school”. It is funny that even as an adult, September approaching still carries the energy of a new beginning - a new start - a new year. Do you find the same?
Rise & Shine - Daily Meditation & Journaling
After the Summer break, my Rise & Shine Program recommences on Sunday 1 September and I am really looking forward to getting back to it.
I love routine - I love early mornings - I love daily self-care of meditation, journaling, exercise and reading. And I know that when I take time for me, I know the best of me shows up for my family, my friends and my work.
If you are keen to get back to it and establish a daily self-care routine, come join me live online at 5:55am on Sunday Morning. And remember that if an early start does not work for you, I record each session that will then be sent to you at 6:30am each morning for you to listen to at a time that works for you.
Guided Walks & Adventures
We had a splendid day along the Sperrins Sculpture Trail on Saturday. We even managed to dodge the various downpours of rain through the day and enjoy several bursts of sunshine. If you have yet to visit these Giant Sculptures, please go check them out - they really are something special. If you need any help getting to them, please drop me a line. I’d be happy to show you.
I’ll get to planning more adventures this week but for now, we have our final Binevenagh Sunset Hike of the Summer on Thursday Evening and a walk at Cave Hill in Belfast on Sunday 8th September. These are live now on our events page for you to book. I look forward to seeing you again after the summer break.
Wishing you well for the week ahead and getting ready to get back to it all.
