How are you doing today? When I ask people that question, I often wonder how many of us actually take the time each day to ask ourselves this question and respond honestly? A daily check-in of how you are honestly feeling is one of the foundation personal reflections in any Daily Journaling practice. Have you ever tried journaling?
Daily Self-Care Practice
I am looking forward to my “Rise & Shine” Program commencing on the 1st of September where I will lead you in creating a Daily Self-care Ritual that includes Guided Meditation, Journaling, Reading and Movement.
We will go live on zoom each morning at 6am for 30mins - 15mins of Meditation and 15mins of Journaling. And don’t worry if the time does not work for you - each session will be recorded and sent to you via whatsapp shortly after 6.30am.
This is a great opportunity to pick up your daily self-care with a “back to school” vibe after the summer break and all with my support and a group of lovely like-minded people. The investment for you is only £1 per day! Book your place now and lets Rise & Shine together this September.
Guided Walks & Adventures
Even with the unpredictable weather in recent weeks, we have still been able to get out and about and enjoy outdoor wellness together.
Since I last wrote, we’ve been on a beautiful evening Zen Walk up through Binevenagh Forest, an invigorating hike up and over Muckish Mountain and a wild and windy evening hike around Gortmore. Three very different events but with all the same beautiful connection, group support, new friendships and lots of laughter!
I am in full-on planning mode for the rest of the year. Our Light Up Walks are back with a walk around Roe Valley Country Park tomorrow night. Then we’re off to Slieve League on a walking adventure this weekend.
Next week, we have our last Sunset Hike of the summer on Thursday evening to the summit of Binevenagh and then we commence the Causeway Coast Way next Saturday!
And if you are planning ahead, we will explore Mamore Hill on the 10th September and hike Slieve Donard on the 23rd September. And if you are super super organised, we have our Winter Walking Retreat to Ballycastle 24th-26th November! You can book all that you wish now via the Events Section of our website.
Sending you my well wishes for the rest of the week and keep on doing the best that you can to be well. And if you need support, please reach out. We all need supported in one way or another. It is one thing that we human beings share.
